Health & Safety Policy

By its very nature, massage and bodywork requires skin-to-skin contact and is performed in close confines. I want you to be aware of the fact that my clients safety and wellbeing is always a top priority for my practice. 

You always can update your Client Intake Form, and I encourage you to do so as your medical situations change.  This will help ensure that your massage treatment is best for you. There is a link on your appointment confirmation email to update your intake form.. 

If you feel ill on the day of your appointment, there is no penalty for rescheduling your appointment. Massage is not advised if you have any symptoms of illness.  It is best to reschedule and rest.  This will also hamper the spread of any colds or viruses to me or my other clients.  Please contact me as early as possible to let me know that you need to reschedule.  My text number is 301-747-1802. 

Coming out of the Covid-19 pandemic, we should all see the importance of safe guarding our health and the health of those around us.  Even though the Covid pandemic is over, the virus is not gone.  And there are other communicable viruses and bacterial infection we should protect against.  I encourage you to speak to your doctor and talk about what protections are right for you.
